Holland Park Gate – Precast Façade Installation
We are proud to share our contribution to the prestigious Holland Park Gate project on Kensington High Street, where our team successfully delivered the installation of complex precast façade elements in collaboration with Ardmore Construction Group.
Our scope included the installation of bespoke precast panels supplied by Evans Concrete Products Ltd—ranging from flat panels and spandrels to architecturally expressive waved panels. These waved forms were inspired by the gentle folds of stage curtains, paying homage to the historic Kensington Odeon cinema once located on this very site.
This luxury development comprises high-end residences, a private spa and wellness centre, exclusive offices, and a state-of-the-art multi-screen cinema. The precast façade elements played a critical role in achieving the architect’s vision—balancing contemporary elegance with a respectful nod to the site's cinematic past, including the preservation of the 1920s Neo-Grecian entrance.
